Planning your
Best Possible Postpartum?
You know you need to be putting freezer meals aside for when your baby arrives, but it keeps getting pushed to the bottom of the list.
Time is speeding up and slowing down — it’s becoming seemingly impossible to get it all done.
Your to-do list is growing just as big or bigger than your belly, but your capacity isn’t.
You want to…
Be prepared
Take care of yourself
Bond with baby
Heal and rest well
And yet, somewhere between the laundry, the nesting, the life-still-happening… the freezer meals keep slipping to the bottom of the page again. Somehow the one thing you know will matter the most keeps getting pushed further and further down the page.
What if you could enter postpartum already held?
knowing that both you and everything that matters to you are already cared for?
introducing:
The Well-Fed
Woman
Imagine opening your freezer and seeing it stocked with nourishing meals that support recovery, replenishes and grounds you.
Imagine not having to choose between feeding you and feeding everyone else.
What if you could choose yourself now in a way that will continue to support your future self again and again.
What if you weren’t the one carrying all the weight and it was already done for you.
It really can be that simple.
One yes that nourishes not only your immediate postpartum but months and years that follow.
It’s often said that the first forty days after birth shape how your body will carry you for the next forty years.
One yes that nourishes not only your immediate postpartum but months and years that follow.
It’s often said that the first forty days after birth shape how your body will carry you for the next forty years.
It’s a time that deserves more support, more care. More holding.
Choosing that support now can change everything that comes after.
I’ll fill your freezer with a collection of nutrient-dense meals, snacks, and broths — about two weeks of steady support — all crafted to honor your postpartum needs so you feel nourished, cared for, and deeply supported.
Nourishment doesn’t expire after the first 40 days — it carries you for months and years so you can pour from a full cup.
The Well-Fed Woman is for the mother ready to break the cycle of depletion and step into a postpartum where she is truly held.
THE BENEFITS:
healing and rest
nourishment for recovery
more presence
more connection
Instead of scrambling for food or eating whatever you can grab, you have warm, grounding nourishment that is for you.
Meals that steady your energy.
Snacks that keep you going between feeds.
Broths that rebuild you from the inside out.
Everything within reach, ready when you are.
Your freezer is a sacred space prepared in advance for YOU because you are worth it and you know you deserve it.
Taking up space doesn't scare you anymore. It grounds and roots you in who you are and are becoming for yourself and those around you.
This support and nourishment is a feeling.
It reminds you that you aren't alone and you don't have to do it all, that asking and receiving help are a way of being.
It connects you to your humanity, your limits, your yes and no’s.
It roots you in connection with yourself and others.
Asking for and receiving help makes you stronger rather than stretched thin and feeling like you are going to fall apart at the next need or demand.
When you say yes to yourself, when you allow support and let yourself be held? You create ripples.
You show what it looks like to care for yourself and what it means to let others care for you too.

After my second daughter was born I experienced postpartum rage and depression.
I had only heard of depression as a chemical imbalance or hormonal imbalance — however, something felt off for me about taking the route of medication. I began seeking holistic approaches, and nourishment was the first step.
I came to understand that depression and rage are not always emotional or hormonal — sometimes they’re signs of a nervous system stuck in stress, needing nourishment and care.
My body was communicating that I was depleted and undersupported.
Underneath the rage and depression was a sign of energy depletion.
I was in need of nourishment through minerally rich meals, rest, and care.
At the time, I was eating meals that matched my toddler’s — often finishing her scraps.
I believed that was enough and that it was simply the norm.
I was waiting for someone to support me, to care for me.
By the time I became pregnant with my third baby in 2022 so much had shifted in how I showed up for myself and my life.
I began visualizing a postpartum that was slow and allowed room for recovery and stillness.
I started dreaming of a very different postpartum - one that was spacious and slow.
A postpartum curated for rest, healing, and connection.
I supported myself by asking for help and doing the work.
I can gladly say that I experienced a supportive, connected, and deeply cared-for postpartum.
These experiences are why I created The Well Fed Woman.
I know what it feels like to be under-fed and undernourished — to be overwhelmed and under supported going into postpartum and needing help.
I know how much better postpartum can be when nourishment is prepared before the baby arrives.
Are you ready to choose nourishment?
Are you ready to choose you?
My approach comes from lived experience — from what I learned the hard way, and from what made the biggest difference when I finally chose myself by preparing and supporting myself.
The Well Fed Woman exists so postpartum doesn’t have to feel like full survival mode.
It exists so you don’t have to choose between nourishing yourself and nurturing your baby.
You can instead receive nourishment, rest, and care while you heal and bond with your baby.
You deserve steady nourishment, real support, and a postpartum you can actually settle into.
Questions about well-fed woman
When should I order my meals?
Ideally around 34-36 weeks so your freezer is filled before the baby arrives. You can also order months after birth, when you realize you still need nourishment. There’s no wrong time to be well fed.
How long do the meals last in the freezer?
All meals are prepared fresh and designed for longevity. They keep beautifully in the freezer for up to 3 months.
Can I give The Well Fed Woman to a new mother as a gift?
Yes. This offering makes a deeply meaningful gift — one that says, “You deserve to be cared for, too.” You can purchase a package directly or request a custom gift card.
How much food is included?
The meals serve 3-4 people.
What makes these meals “postpartum specific”?
Every recipe is chosen with the healing, warming, and mineral-restoring needs of the postpartum body in mind. Think: slow-cooked broths for collagen and minerals, warming spices to aid digestion, and ingredients that balance blood sugar and support milk supply.
Do you deliver or offer pickup?
Depending on your location, I offer local delivery or arranged pickup. If you’re outside my service area, we can coordinate a drop-off or meet-up to ensure your meals stay frozen and fresh.
Where do you source your ingredients?
All meat and bones are sourced locally from a small organic farmer. Seasonal produce comes directly from nearby farmers markets. The remaining ingredients are thoughtfully selected from a local Amish Store, Costco/Azure, or our neighborhood grocery — always chosen with quality and nourishment in mind.
FAqs
You could absolutely keep figuring this out on your own.
You could keep managing your to-do list and trying to do all things the way you've known how - through hustle, frantic scrambling and overriding how you feel.
Yet this time you are growing a baby.
And maybe that will work.
You get to choose what feels most
true and right for you.
But if you are ready for the nourishment to be handled for you
For one thing off your list without managing it
If you’re ready for meals that honor and support your healing
For you to receive the support you give
The Well Fed woman is here for you.
This is your invitation to
choose the support you deserve.
